Single-Side Lamination
A single-side laminator is the perfect solution for high quality lamination of business cards, flyers, book covers, greetings cards and much more.
Double-Side Lamination
With the Duplex MX-530DP and MX-370DP in-use, you can laminate both sides of the sheet at exactly the same time.
Encapsulation
The Duplex also allows you to encapsulate work, so it’s perfect for maps, posters and menus.
Foil and Spot UV-style Effects
Systems that add special effects during the finishing process such as; foiling and spot UV give prints that extra ‘wow’ factor. These finishes are typically used on packaging, business cards, stationery, book covers, wedding stationery and high end, bespoke print.
Available in either digital or litho, Boss OPP films give your prints a premium look and feel. The wide variety of textures and finishes means we can provide you with the most suitable laminate for any job.
Giving print the added wow factor. Our portfolio of Aqua Aura foils come in a diverse selection of eye-catching colours, suitable for every occasion. As well as colourful foils, you can also easily and simply add special effects such as Spot-UV and 3D to really set your print apart.
Omni Flow Feeder
The Matrix Omni-Flow Deep Pile Feeders are designed to be easy to install, set-up and operate. Three versions are available the Omni-Flow 330 (SRA3), the Omni-Flow 380 (SRA3) and the Omni-Flow 520 (SRA2).
The Auto-Feeders can be retro-fitted to any Matrix Pneumatic or Matrix Duplex range of Laminating Systems and completely automate your print finishing workflow. ONLY compatible with Matrix models from 2018.
Prints can be loaded ‘on the run’ for non-stop operation. Aimed at the digital/commercial markets, short-to-mid run business cards, menus, book covers, bespoke prints and more can all be finished faster.
Feed prints for lamination, foiling & spot UV effects, the Matrix becomes a truly automated print finishing system.
Take-Up Unit
An optional take-up unit that sits at the rear of the Matrix. It works in perfect synchronisation with the Matrix and neatly collects spare film and foil enabling you to easily dispose of waste.
Flatbook
Flatbook enables Perfect Bound and PUR Bound book covers to be laminated both sides and stay perfectly flat.
Curl on book covers is a significant problem in the printing industry, mainly overcome by using expensive specialist films. The Flatbook system enables you to use standard OPP film, on all types of stock.
It cuts out a channel of film as the Matrix laminates, leaving the inside spine unlaminated. This allows the adhesive to stick to the spine and not the laminate. The result is a perfectly bound flat book.
Film Slitter
Designed to make your life simple. Rather than changing rolls of film for smaller width jobs than the film that is loaded, the slitter will cut down the film to whatever size you require.
