Introduction to Trimfast

Vertical and Versatile

The A-Frame features interchangeable tool cartridges which can be changed in under 10 seconds, meaning that you will only need to buy the tools you need.

There are three height options in the range to choose from; 165cm/65″, 210cm/83″ and 250cm/98″.

Now Extendable

All three systems can now also be extended in width to 275cm/108″ with an optional extension arm.

Large Format Cutting

The Trimfast A-Frame Vertical Multi Substrate Cutter is ideal for cutting the following:

Foam Board (13mm / 0.5″)
PVC (13mm / 0.5″)
Corrugated card & plastic (20mm / 0.8″)
Scores acrylic (6mm / 0.2″)*
Aluminium composite panel (4mm / 0.2″)*
Aluminium panel (1mm / 0.04″)*
MDF (3mm / 0.1″)*
‘V’ Grooving aluminium (6mm / 0.2″)*
Scores glass (6mm / 0.2″)*

*Optional accessory required

TFMS-TH2 – Aluminium Tool Holder

Cuts aluminium composite panels (eg Dibond®, Skybond®) & MDF. The TFMS-TH2 includes 2 circular blades as standard.

TFMS-CW – Aluminium Composite Wheel Set

Spare circular blades to be used with the TFMS-TH2 Aluminium Tool Holder.

TFMS-TH3 – Aluminium V Groover Tool Holder

Creates ‘V’ grooves in aluminium composite panels. The TFMS-TH3 includes 1 groover blade as standard.

TFMS-GB – Aluminium V Groover Blade

Spare V Groover Blade to be used with the TFMS-TH3 Aluminium V Groover Tool Holder. Available to order individually.

TFMS-TH4 – Acrylic Scoring Tool Holder

The ideal accessory for scoring acrylics.

TFMS-SB – Acrylic Scoring Blades

Spare Acrylic Scoring Blades to be used with the TFMS-TH4 Acrylic Scoring Tool Holder. Available in a set of 10.

TFMS-TH5 – Glass Scoring Tool Holder

Allows you to score then snap glass panels whilst still loaded within the A-Frame.

TFMS-FSK

Free Standing Kit. Allows the A-Frame to be free standing if wall mounting is not a possibility
