VeloBlade Nexus 5250
Description
A large-format digital die-cutting system with an impressive cutting area of 5000mm x 5200mm, designed to deliver precision, versatility and efficiency across a wide range of cutting and finishing applications.
Another fantastic feature of the Nexus 5052 is its automatic cut depth setting, which significantly reduces setup times and increases operating speeds, making the operator’s job easier and more efficient. Efficiency is at the heart of the Nexus design, with a rotating bed that enables both roll-fed and sheet-fed production for greater flexibility.
The Nexus 5052 also offers the same versatile cutting capabilities as the VeloBlade Volta range, including kiss-cutting labels, corrugated packaging and much more.
Custom sizes for the VeloBlade Nexus range are also available on request.
This automatic tool changer can adapt to various substrates and adjust for different tool sizes and finishes.
