VeloBlade Nexus 5052
Description
A large format digital die cutting machine with a cutting area of 5000 x 5200mm.
Another fantastic feature this Nexus 5052 boasts is its automatic cut depth setting. This drastically increases setup and operating speed, making the operator’s job easier and more efficient. Efficiency was one of the key considerations when this system was put together, also contributing to an efficient workplace is the rotating bed that enables roll and sheetfed production.
The Nexus will also complete the same work as the VeloBlade Volta range, including kiss-cutting labels, corrugated packaging and more.
Eliminate the need for manual tool changes with the latest advancements in the VeloBlade Nexus. The automatic tool changer option enables seamless, programmed transitions between cutting tools, allowing for uninterrupted changes across different substrates without manual involvement.
This automatic tool changer can adapt to various substrates and adjust for different tool sizes and finishes.
