We are pleased to announce a new distribution partnership with DataBind Corporation for the United States.
“Bringing DataBind on board as an Authorised Reseller of our products means a great deal to Vivid” said Bruce Cozens, Vivid's Export Manager. “They already have a vast knowledge of print finishing equipment, so partnering our laminating systems is the ideal fit”.
Connecticut-based DataBind will be distributing a number of our best-selling Laminating Systems, including the Matrix Duo for double-sided laminating, the Linea Encapsulation Systems and our Matrix range of Laminators. The Matrix is already Europe’s No.1 selling professional laminating system, able to laminate business cards, photo books, menus, post cards and brochures, using OPP film in gloss, matt, anti-scratch and even soft-touch finishes.
Jon Gasperini, Vice President of North American Sales at DataBind said “Vivid Laminator’s reputation for robust design and speed was confirmed after visiting their factory and meeting their experienced team of professionals. There was no doubt in our minds the addition of their products to our offerings would create a new valued partner.”.
DataBind is the exclusive North American Distributor for Renz Punching and Binding Systems. They have over 50 years of experience in the finishing equipment and supplies market and manufacture the highest quality cut wire and plastic spiral at their plant in Connecticut.
Both Vivid and DataBind will also be exhibiting at this year’s Graph Expo in Chicago, which runs from 13th – 16th September. We will be showcasing our full range of laminating equipment throughout the duration of the show, and will be welcoming many of DataBind’s customers to Booth 3449, showing print service providers how they can increase productivity, decrease costs and generate more revenue.
“We’re really looking forward to our return to Graph Expo” summarised Bruce. “With our new partnership with DataBind confirmed, we’re able to show their customers that our versatile systems can deliver amazing speeds and quality; while offering print providers the ability to laminate jobs in-house, saving both time and revenue”.
